Cuban flavor with a little delight.

Eisys comes from generations of bakers and family-owned baking businesses in Cuba. Growing up, she learned that food is more than something we eat. It is how we celebrate our culture, preserve treasured memories, and make others feel at home.

Her own baking journey began with a single cake. Years ago, while at the Base Exchange, Eisys spotted a beautifully decorated cake on a box and challenged herself to recreate it, despite having no decorating experience. That challenge sparked a passion for making desserts and preparing the comforting Cuban flavors she remembered from childhood.

With Alex’s encouragement and the support of their family, Eisys turned that passion into Swirls of Delights. Today, we are proud to serve Tampa a delicious selection of traditional Cuban sandwiches, savory empanadas, wings, fried shrimp, Cuban coffee, and homemade desserts—including flan, tres leches, cheesecake, tiramisu, cookies, and more.

For Eisys, this dream is also about passing her family’s traditions, history, and love of food on to her daughter—and, one day, to generations beyond. Every dish is made to offer a taste of home, inspire new memories, and bring a little delight to each customer.
